Cancellation Policy
DEPOSITS:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. Deposits ensure a smooth and respectful booking experience for both you and other clients.
LATE POLICY:
There is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be added. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited.
PAYMENT METHODS:
Payment is due at the end of your appointment.

• Debit / Credit Card (processed through GlossGenius)
CANCELATIONS / NO SHOW POLICY:
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice): Deposit is forfeited
• No-shows: Deposit is forfeited
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require full prepayment for future appointments or result in booking restrictions.
REFUNDS:
All services and deposits are non-refundable. Each appointment requires dedicated time, preparation, and products. This policy helps maintain fairness and respect for both client and provider.
